DEVGPL Refund Policy
At DEVGPL, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a refund or exchange as per the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
- Same Day Refund Initiation Guaranteed:
We initiate a refund on the same day if your request is approved. Refund requests will only be processed within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, we do not process refunds but offer exchanges instead. - Refund Conditions:
Refunds will be considered only for products that are non-functional or if they cannot be resolved through our support team. You cannot request a refund for the following reasons:- If you are unable to install downloaded themes or plugins.
- If the product is not compatible with your hosting or WordPress.
- If a theme or plugin requires a license or purchase code.
- If your website is damaged during the installation of the product (We can assist with debugging via support tickets).
- If you simply do not like the product or change your mind about the purchase (You can exchange the product in such cases).
- If you have purchased a membership, no refunds will be issued. However, you have access to explore 4000+ products.
- For other memberships, a partial refund will be provided, with deductions for the payment gateway charges and any products you have already downloaded. A download fee of $2.5 per product will be deducted.
- No Refund for Digital Products After Purchase:
Once the purchase of digital media (software) has been made, the sale is final. Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer trials or grace periods after the purchase. However, if we are unable to resolve the issue or if the product is found to be damaged, we guarantee a refund within the same day.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at support@devgpl.com or submit a support ticket via your account on our website. Please include the following details in your refund request:
- Your name
- Order or transaction number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Once we receive your request, we will review it and process your refund as applicable. Please note that refunds may take 3-7 business days to be credited back to your payment method, depending on the payment medium and your bank’s location.

- Depending on your payment method, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
Important Notes:
- No Trial or Grace Period: As soon as a purchase is made, there is no trial or grace period for returns.
- Digital Media Sales Are Final: All sales for digital media (software) are considered final after the product has been purchased and delivered.
